PETER EBLING
Peter was born 31 January 1835 in Germany. From Davis, Illinois he enlisted in Company I, 74th Illinois Infantry Regiment on 15 August 1862 as a Private. On 1 February 1865 he transferred to the Veteran Reserve Corps, Company B, 4th Regiment. He started receiving his pension on 20 July 1891 and his wife Emilie started receiving a widow's pension on 7 January 1922. Peter died in Barnesville on 28 December 1921 and is buried in Barnesville City Cemetery. Burial, Tombstone Picture.

JOHN EICH
John was born about 1838 in Germany. From St. Cloud he inlisted into Company D, 1st Minnesota Cavalry Mounted Rangers on 16 October 1862. He was discharged on 4 November 1863. He started drawing his pension on 2 August 1890. In the 1890 Veterans Census he was living in Barnesville.

MATHIAS ENDRES
Mathias was born 20 August 1827 in Germany. He enlisted in Company C 16th Wisconsin Infantry Regiment as a Private on 19 September 1864. He was mustered out on 2 June 1865. He started receiving his pension on 21 August 1890. In 1910 he was living in Barnesville. Mathias died 25 April 1923 and is buried in St. Marys Cemetery in Barnesville.

CHRISTIAN ENTGELMEIER
Because of the surname spelling it is a very difficult research. He was born about 1835 in Germany. Christian was a member of Grand Army of the Republic, Post 145 in Barnesville. By 1895 the family had moved to Becker County. Christian enlisted on 7 June 1861 into Company B, 14th Indiana Infantry as a Private but became a Full Sergeant. After mustering out of the 14th he joined the 20th Indiana Infantry and served in Companies B, E, and F until the end of the war. He started receiving his pension on 28 April 1882 and became a naturalized citizen in 1883.
